Before opening La Lorraine founder and owner Lorraine Hudicourt worked as an intern at the Intercontinental Playa Bonita Resort in Veracruz, Panama. In Haiti
Lorraine gained additional experience at Indigo Beach Resort were she quickly moved her way up from food and beverage manager to General manager of the sprawling 280 room all-inclusive beach front resort. While there she also spear-headed the 100 room expansion. These days Lorraine is usually found buzzing around the hotel and the adjoined Cafe 36, tending to the needs of guests with the help of her sister Maxime and an incredible staff.
